Gatehouse
All rooms are small and cosy and any number from one to 4 persons can feel snugly at home with space to unwind. The gatehouse stands in its own small garden which is being slowly developed. There is parking for two cars but more can be arranged if necessary.

| Toilet, shower and utility room
A shower room, toilet and boot-cleaning sink in the utility room, and a drying room for boots and coats adjacent, ensure that, on returning from a wet and muddy outing, all effects can be left just inside the back door and everything be found dry and ready for a further adventure later, or next day. |

Bedding, towels, soap, etc are provided. |
Wood is available for the open fire. Coal can be purchased from local shops and garages. A small store for these is attached to the back of the house. Electricity is charged on meter readings ‘before and after’. Telephone/fax lines are charged after departure when notification is received from BT and for these a £50 deposit is charged when the full booking fee is receivable. Any balance is refunded with the copy of the itemised bill immediately this has been received. Alternatively, should a further amount be rechargeable, this will be invoiced accordingly.
